At Reel Grace, we believe healing often begins in peaceful places—by still waters, under open skies, and in the quiet rhythm of casting a line. We offer outdoor-based support and mentorship to kids, teens, and individuals facing tough chapters in life—whether it’s emotional stress, a lack of guidance, or the weight of depression.

Rooted in values of compassion, grace, and quiet faith, Reel Grace isn’t about preaching—it’s about showing up, casting again, and helping others rediscover peace, joy, and direction.

We’re seeking passionate, grounded individuals to serve as founding board members. Whether you’re experienced in leadership or simply have a heart to serve, we’d love to hear from you.

• Attend quarterly board meetings
   
• Shape the vision and direction of the organization
   
• Support outreach, fundraising, and community connection
   
• Offer guidance and encouragement to leadership
   
• Share the mission within your community
   

• 5–10 hours per quarter
   
• 1–2 year renewable term
   
• Remote-friendly and flexible
   

• Care about helping others find healing and hope
   
• Have experience in leadership, business, counseling, ministry, education, or outdoor work
   
• Believe in the power of mentorship and nature
   
• Want to use your gifts to build something lasting
   

• A mission grounded in grace, resilience, and restoration
   
• A supportive founding team
   
• A nonprofit where faith is present, but never pressured
